As a tenant hopefully you will find our website very user friendly in locating properties that fit your specific requirements. For your convenience we will also be only to pleased to chauffeur you to appointments from our office or meet you at the properties.
Once you have viewed and selected a suitable property please be aware of the following:
For your information all persons over the age of 18 years that will be living at the property must provide photographic ID (passport or driving license), complete a Tenancy Application Form and will need to attend to sign contracts.
Please note that all applicants will be fully referenced and no tenants will be able to organise a moving in date until you have had confirmation from our offices that we are in receipt of all acceptable references. We reserve the right to reject applicants who fail to meet our reference requirements.
All tenancy agreements will be signed in our offices only. You will be required to pay prior to taking possession of the property, all outstanding monies in respect of the first months rental, the holding deposit and any outstanding administration charges by Debit Card cash, bankers draft or building society cheque. No personal cheques or Credit Cards will be accepted on the tenancy start date.
All tenants will be required to pay:
• 1 Months rent in advance (maybe subject to change)
• Deposit equivalent to 1 ½ months rent (maybe subject to change)
• Tenants administration charge
ALL TENANCY AGREEMENT SUBJECT TO CONTRACT AND SUBJECT TO REFERENCES
IF SIGNING CONTRACTS ON A SATURDAY OR AFTER 3PM ON A WEEK DAY, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY BY DEBIT CARD, BANKERS DRAFT OR BUILDING SOCIETY CHEQUE
