Fulfilling your needs

 

At Jon Rosi, we do everything we can to fulfill the property needs of tenants in and around Reading. We’ve redesigned our website to make finding your perfect property even easier. And we can even chauffeur you to viewing appointments from our office.

 

To help ensure your tenancy runs as smoothly as possible, please be aware of the following information:



All persons over the age of 18 who will be living at the property must provide photographic ID (passport or identity cards) and visa if applicable, complete a Tenancy Application Form and will need to sign the tenancy agreement at our offices.



Please note that all applicants must be fully referenced and no tenants will be able to organise a moving-in date until they have had confirmation from our offices that we are in receipt of all acceptable references.



We reserve the right to reject applicants who fail to meet any reference requirements, and or, give false information or statements. 



All tenancy agreements will be signed in our offices only. A draft copy of the Tenancy Agreement can be supplied prior to signing contracts on request.

 

You will be required to pay prior to taking possession of the property, all outstanding monies in respect of the first month’s rental and the tenancy holding deposit by Debit Card (UK account only), cash, bankers draft or building society cheque. No personal cheques will be accepted on the tenancy start date. We do not accept credit card payments. 

 All tenants will be required to pay:

 

 • Holding Deposit equivalent to : 1 (one) week’s rent. (This will be offset against the tenancy deposit at the commencement of the tenancy)maybe subject to change)

•1 Month's rent in advance

• Tenancy Deposit equivalent to 5 (five) weeks rent

 

All tenancy agreements are subject to contract, references and vacant possession.
